Katie Toombs Fine Art

I had the pleasure of meeting Katie at our local Rising Society community meetings last year and she asked if I could help create some branding options for her. Katie is a Memphis artist who uses acrylic and latex paint to create impressionist paintings featuring soothing colors “that evoke a sense of calm” to tell a story in layers.

Her work is featured in many galleries and stores across the Mid-South, so our branding focus was to create a distinct image reflecting her painting style. She already had laid some branding groundwork, so we moved to build off her previous efforts and artistic identity. As her artwork is the focal point, tags and correspondence were created to carry her look down to the last detail.
